2. Uso da Ferramenta "Notepad"

Our "Notepad" tool is a service provided for quick and temporary text sharing between different machines. By using it, you understand and agree to the following conditions:

  • Volatile Nature: Content entered in Notepad is temporary and can be overwritten at any time by you or another user. There is no version history. We are not responsible for lost or overwritten texts.
  • Full User Responsibility: You are solely and fully responsible for all content you enter and share through the tool.
  • Prohibition of Sensitive Data: It is strictly prohibited to use Notepad to store, process or share sensitive data (as defined by LGPD), confidential information, trade secrets, passwords, financial data, or any content that may cause harm to yourself, third parties or any entity.
  • Purpose: The tool is intended exclusively for simple and non-critical texts. Any other use is at your own risk.

By using Notepad, you acknowledge these conditions and assume full responsibility for the content entered.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, except user-generated content, is the property of ConteratoAnalytics and protected by copyright laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. ConteratoAnalytics shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits, especially regarding the use of the "Notepad" tool.

5. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and any dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Salvador, Bahia.
